All Items

Returns are excepted provided they meet the following criteria:
1) the item(s) must be in the same condition in which you received it/them
2) refund requests must be made within 14 days of your receipt of the item(s), and need to be emailed to info@yapoma.com
3) when possible, please use the same packaging to return your items
4) return packages must include tracking, and their ship date must be within 7 days of the date of confirming return details with us

Yapoma will not reimburse for return shipping costs, unless we made a mistake.

Yapoma will initiate a refund to your original payment method once we receive the item(s) back from you.

Exchanges for similarly priced items (or items in a different size/style) can be made within 30 days for most items, but are subject to availability.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for both returns and exchanges.

Sales Items

All sale purchases are final.

Local Pickup

All local pickup items will be held for 30 days before being considered abandoned. You cannot be refunded after that time unless you have reached out and made prior arrangements with us. If you need to extend your hold beyond 30 days, simply email us!
